Hello! My name's Will. I'm recently graduated from Northwestern University's MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage. I taught two semesters to undergraduate students in a seminar-style class once a week. The course was Foundations of Screenwriting, in which we analyzed film structure and wrote short film scripts. I've also taught creative writing courses in poetry, playwriting, and fiction, and I've tutored students in history, English composition, study skills, essay writing, and much more....

I have extensive experience as a theatre practitioner and theatre educator. This summer, I taught scriptwriting at the University of Virginia Young Writers Workshop, where I was hired primarily for my gift of teaching theatre to kids. I taught electives in improvisation, site-specific theatre, theatre history, dramatic structure, musicals, and so much more. This is learning on one's feet. It's my greatest passion. Aside from theatre education, I have had my plays staged throughout New York City (The Flea, Dixon Place, the Abingdon, Hearth Gods, and more), and in Canada, Massachusetts, Texas, Ohio, and California. I work consistently as an actor and a director.
